Welcome Aboard
Thank you for choosing us to use our private concierge services to make your planning as stress free and unique as possible. AS a reminder we charge $150/hr(If we book your lodging) or $250/hr(If we do not book your lodging) for as long as it takes to organize your itinerary. We do not go on the clock until we start putting it together. Depending on your request, it usually is no more than one hour per day, although groups will take longer depending on size.
Fulfilling your requests and needs while visiting the Wine Country is our number one priority. We will need to discuss exactly what type of experience you are looking for in each different category before creating your itinerary.
We will be happy to fulfill any other request you might have that is not listed below if it is possible. We are a “One Stop Shop”.
Please review the material below and give us your thoughts.
Also, we have an itinerary app that can be uploaded on your mobile phone, so there is no paperwork involved, and you can also share it with the other members of your party. Just forward the notification email to them.

Restaurants, Wineries & Activities Below
Restaurants
What type of food do you enjoy? There are several restaurants around the Wine Country that are quite remarkable, with Italian, French, American, Steak, and Wine Country cuisines. What time would you like us to reserve your dinner reservations? Are there any food allergies that we should be aware of?
Some like to enjoy a winery dinner, although very expensive, it is a very nice experience for a group or corporate experience. Also during your wine touring there are a lot of wineries that have areas set up for bringing your own picnic to enjoy after your tasting, and some wineries do offer a lunch.
Wineries
What type of wine do you enjoy? Reds, Whites, Sparkling? All of the above? Do you want an educational tour for the novice to further your knowledge of wine? Are there certain wineries that you want to visit?
Are you here to just experience the Wine Country to have a good time, a serious collector or a semi collector who enjoys private tastings one on one? Are you looking for small boutique wineries not available where you are living? All these come into consideration for finding the right spots for you to visit.
Please note that some wineries, especially the small boutiques and those not open to the public, expect you to purchase if you do enjoy their wine. We mention this in order not to put you in an embarrassing situation when you visit.
Activities
Spa Services; We request that you book your own spa reservations as soon as possible with the hotel or resort yourself so there is no confusion on what you want. We will work the itinerary around that.
Breweries/Distilleries; Maybe too much wine for you? Would you like to visit/taste at a microbrewery or distillery? That can be arranged.
Just let us know.
Hot Air Ballooning; This is a very popular early morning activity. The company will pick you up at the hotel first thing in the morning; the
flight itself is about 1 hour long, followed by a champagne toast. You will be brought back by late morning with the
entire day at your disposal.
Bicycling; We can also arrange a guided bike tour with a company which can include wine tasting, aggressive biking or just scenic rides.
Hiking; There are several parks and locations where hiking is available for you to enjoy the nature of the wine country.
Horseback Riding; There are a few options for horseback riding in the Wine Country, depending on your Valley location. Please ask us more about the details.
Photographer; Some people like to keep a photo record of their trip by hiring a professional photographer. Whether it be for a couple or group, just let us know and we can refer you to the best.
Shopping; Plenty of shopping in the Wine Country at most of the towns, there again, depending on where you are staying.
Art; There are several art galleries available and several wineries that are combing wine and art displays.
Golf; There are several public courses and a few private courses. If you are interested please let us know exactly what you are looking for.
Transportation; Arranging a car service (Sedan, SUV, Luxury Van, Sprinter Limo or Van or Mini-Coaches). Their chauffeurs and drivers are very knowledgeable of the Wine Country and can prevent some unfortunate driving hazards while you enjoy your tastings. Also available are small group tours of 8-12 people in a min-coach which is more cost effective.
Please note that Uber and Lift are not reliable for wine tours or tastings!
