MG Concierge Terms of Service

Welcome to MG Concierge, your premier travel and booking agent, concierge, and insider consultant specializing in the California Wine Country. Each of our custom itineraries is tailored to the unique preferences of our clients, meaning we cannot provide a total cost upfront. We offer estimates, but the final cost will be calculated based on time spent and provided after the work is completed and before your travel commences.
Please read and review the following Terms of Service carefully.

Cost Estimates

Hourly Rates
• If MG Concierge books your lodging: $150 per hour
• Without MG Concierge booking your Lodging: $250 per hour

Lodging Booking

Booking your lodging in the California Wine Country through us is free of charge. We can identify and book the best lodging for you at no cost. However, if you cancel this booking or any part of the booking, a cancellation fee of $125 will apply.

Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel your lodging booked through MG Concierge, a $125 cancellation fee is payable to MG Concierge.

Custom Itineraries

Overview
Custom travel itineraries are our greatest value. Napa insiders Gloria and Leah can plan the perfect experience in Napa and Sonoma Valley. The rates are as follows:
• If you booked lodging through MG Concierge: $150 per hour
• If you Did NOT book lodging through MG Concierge: $250 per hour

Time Estimates

Individuals: Generally, it takes one hour of planning per full day of travel. For example, it takes four hours of planning for a single person to stay four days.

Groups: Coordinating typically takes two hours per day per group. For example, coordinating a group of six staying for four days will require approximately eight hours.

Cancellation Policy

Custom itineraries cannot be canceled once the work has been completed. If you must cancel a custom itinerary, you will be charged for the cost of the itinerary and the cost of canceling it, as we must contact everyone we reserved time with to cancel.

French Laundry Reservations

Reservations at Thomas Keller’s French Laundry are the most challenging to secure in Napa. We charge $100 to attempt a reservation. Due to the time and hurdles involved, this fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether we can secure the reservation or not.
