On Boarding

Thank you for choosing us to use our private concierge services to make your planning as stress free and unique as possible. AS a reminder we charge $150/hr (If we book your lodging) or $250/hr (If we do not book your lodging) for as long as it takes to organize your itinerary. We do not go on the clock until we start putting it together. Depending on your request, it usually is no more than one hour per day, although groups will take longer depending on size. Fulfilling your requests and needs while visiting the Wine Country is our number one priority.

We will need to discuss exactly what type of experience you are looking for in each different category before creating your itinerary. We will be happy to fulfill any other request you might have that is not listed below if it is possible. We are a “One Stop Shop”. Please review the material below and give us your thoughts.
